Vegetable Harvest Experience
Come harvest more than sixty varieties of seasonal vegetables and fruits at Minori Farm, including corn and tomatoes. This is a fun hands-on attraction in Ayase City that is very popular with children.
Koryo Park
Beware of the pirate ship! The large ship-shaped playground equipment called Wanpaku Maru is a popular attraction at Koryo Park. The park also boasts a rose garden known as one of the best places in Kanagawa Prefecture to see roses, which are at their most beautiful in mid-May and mid-October.
Kanigaya Park
Kanigaya Park is home to many kingfishers and other waterfowl. It is also known for its Japanese iris and lotus flowers, which are in season from June to August.
Shiroyama Park
What is now Shiroyama Park is reportedly the site of the Shibuya clan's former residence, retainers that served shogun Minamoto no Yoritomo. The neck ditch and earthworks from that time are still visible. It is a hidden spot for those interested in the Kamakura Period and the country's first shogun.
Nagamine-no-Mori
Nagamine-no-Mori is a nature park perfect for a stroll. It is also home to many wild birds.

Saisoku (meaning fastest) corn is harvested before dawn when the sugar content is highest, and is the fastest to arrive on market shelves. Sold under the brand name Ayase Corn, it has a fruity sweetness and tender kernels.

Ayase Tonsuki minced meat cutlet uses tonsuki-a local delicacy made with plenty of Ayase-raised pork-as a filling. The juicy pork and crispy breading fuse to create a perfect texture.

Kouza Handmade Hams and Sausages are one of the "Kanagawa Specialty 100 Selections," made with premium spices, giving them an authentic flavor.
Kanzaki Ruins Museum
The Kanzaki Ruins Museum introduces the history and culture of Ayase through the Kanzaki Ruins, a Nationally Designated Historic Site. It is Ayase City's first historical learning facility.
Nationally Designated Historic Site:Kanzaki Archeological Site
Kanzaki Archeological Site is a moated settlement from the late Yayoi Period (about 1,800 years ago) and Nationally Designated Historic Site. It was excavated in an almost complete state, and the ruins were backfilled. The site is maintained as Kanzaki Archeological Site Park.
