To promote foreign residents’ participation in prefectural policies and secure opportunities for them to examine issues related to themselves, as well as to encourage them to join the activities to create a harmonious society.
Scope of authority
- Policies concerned to foreign residents
- Community building adopting foreign residents’ point of view
- Other matters deemed necessary to achieve the “Purpose of establishment”
